Thanks for checking out our online store & purchasing one of our products! We always aim to dispatch within 3 business days of receiving your orders. While we aim to get them out to you as quickly as possible, delivery times may vary depending on destination with most metropolitan areas taking 3-7 business days. This will take longer for remote areas and international orders.
All orders are shipped via Australia Post. You will be supplied with the tracking details to follow your products journey. To calculate your shipping cost input your delivery details at checkout & shipping will be calculated for you.

The Small Print
At Snuggle Bunny Collective, we know how important it is to ensure that not only you are happy with the products, but that your little one is happy too! Although we aim to always provide you with the perfect products for you & your little one, we understand that sometimes a product just isn't right. Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
Faulty products
We will happily offer free returns and replace any faulty product purchased from our online store within two weeks of purchase.
Please contact us directly at admin@snugglebunnycollectivecom.au with your details and information regarding the faulty product and we will contact you as soon as possible.
